We offer lessons for riders of all ages, starting as young as 5 years old.

Do I need previous experience to take lessons?

No experience is necessary! Beginner lessons are available for all skill levels, from first-time riders to recreational riders.

What should I wear to horseback riding lessons?

Wear long pants (preferably jeans or riding pants) and closed-toe shoes with a heel. A helmet is provided by us .

Is horseback riding safe at Equestrian Legacy?

With certified SafeSport staff and CPR staff, we strive to have the safest environment for everyone.

What types of horses do you have?

We own a variety of horses suitable for different levels of experience. We have horses trained for beginners, intermediate riders.

Do you offer private or group lessons?

We offer both private and group lessons. Group lessons are often more affordable, while private lessons provide one-on-one instruction. Group lessons accommodate a maximum of two riders at a time.

Do I need to bring my own horse?

No, we provide horses for lessons.

What if it rains or the weather is bad?

We reschedule lessons if conditions are unsafe.
